The front label is individually handwritten and carries the unique bottle number, cask number and date of bottling.
Each bottle is then labelled by hand and displayed in a decorative Papa Bois presentation frame.

For our Speyside Cask Rum, we’re embracing the super fruity character of a delightful Speyside single malt, taking our complex rum and marrying it with all the amazing goodness of a fantastic Speyside single malt whisky.
NOSE
We anticipate swathes of fresh citrus fruit, some sherbet lemons and an explosion of vanilla and caramel, with some cut grass and heather in the background.
PALETE
So fruity and deliciously sweet it reminds us of our favourite childhood sweets, like fruit pastels and orange and lemon sherbets. All rounded off with a premium mouthfeel that makes us want to go back for another sip.
FINISH
The finish should leave behind a ton of fruit and balanced sweetness that is both refreshing and tantalising.

Our first collection of small batches will be blended in Scotland with single cask-aged rum distilled in 2005 at Foursquare Rum Distillery, Barbados, before being extra matured in Scotch whisky casks
