Named after Caribbean folklore’s Protector of the Forest, Papa Bois is an ultra-premium cask-aged rum blend, created from renowned distilleries in the Caribbean.
LIMITED QUANTITY SMALL BATCH COLLECTION
We buy a limited quantity (no more than five casks at a time) of carefully selected single cask-aged rums from distilleries all over the Caribbean for use in blending small batches of Papa Bois rum.
Over time, this will create a fascinating collection, featuring single cask-aged rums from different distilleries and vintages, extra matured in a variety of Scotch whisky casks.

S1/FS/05 tells you: the rum has been extra matured in a Speyside cask; it belongs to the first Limited Quantity Small Batch produced; the single cask-aged rum used in the blend is from Foursquare (FS) distillery and was distilled in 2005. For our Speyside Cask Rum, we’re embracing the super fruity character of a delightful Speyside single malt, taking our complex rum and marrying it with all the amazing goodness of a fantastic Speyside single malt whisky.

For our Islay Cask Rum, we wanted to fuse the sun-drenched tropical Caribbean with the dramatic west coast of Scotland in a perfect marriage of maritime flavour and aroma, expertly combined to provide you with the most delectable dram.
