The front label is individually handwritten and carries the unique bottle number, cask number and date of bottling.
Each bottle is then labelled by hand and displayed in a decorative Papa Bois presentation frame.

For our Islay Cask Rum, we wanted to fuse the sun-drenched tropical Caribbean with the dramatic west coast of Scotland in a perfect marriage of maritime flavour and aroma, expertly combined to provide you with the most delectable dram.
NOSE
We anticipate barbequed pork ribs cooked on the beach, burned orange and a fine selection of eastern spices. There is an enticing sweetness that draws us in for a sip.
PALETE
A cacophony of smoked toffee smothered fruits, crème caramel and rich Asian spices, all combined with the delights of tropical fruits like charred pineapple and fresh juicy guava.
FINISH
The finish should be bold, yet balanced and exciting, with the rich smoked sweetness and abundance of fruit making for a truly memorable dram.
OUR CRAFT
Our first collection of small batches will be blended in Scotland with single cask-aged rum distilled in 2005 at Foursquare Rum Distillery, Barbados, before being extra matured in Scotch whisky casks
