Delivery and Returns

We hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund to the value of the goods purchased.

Shipping

  • Orders received by 3.00pm will be despatched on the same working day.
  • The standard shipping prices listed on the website include a Next Day delivery service within the UK mainland (Monday to Friday working days only) by a national courier.
  • Delivery to certain IV and KW post codes may take longer to be delivered.
  • Please contact us at rum@weareundaunted.com to obtain details for bulk shipments (6 bottles and over).
  • Please note that providing a recipient mobile number will significantly improve the efficiency of delivery.
  • If nobody is available to sign for the goods the courier will leave a card requesting that the recipient contacts the local depot to arrange a convenient delivery time.
  • The courier will automatically re-attempt delivery the following working day and will once again leave a card if nobody is available.
  • We will be notified within 3 working days if the courier has been unsuccessful and if we are unable to rectify the problem (having tried to make contact with the purchaser), then the goods will be returned to us.
  • On receipt of the goods we will notify the purchaser of the situation and agree an appropriate resolution.

Returns

Please note the following to ensure a quick and easy returns process:

  • Please inform us of your dissatisfaction by emailing rum@weareundaunted.com within 14 days of receiving the goods.
  • You then have another 14 days to return the goods from the time we have been informed.
  • To be eligible for a return, your goods must be unused and in the same condition as sold.
  • Your goods must be in the original packaging (for example, bottles must have their seals intact).
  • When returning goods please ensure that a proof of delivery service is used to reduce the chance of loss in transit.
  • We do not accept any liability for loss or damage in transit while being returned to us.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your goods.

Refunds for Returns

  • Once we receive your returned goods, we will inspect and immediately notify you on the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund (less the initial shipping charge) to your original method of payment.
  • You will receive the refund within a certain amount of days depending on your method of payment (usually within 3-5 working days).

Damaged Goods

  • If the goods have been damaged during the delivery process then we will offer to despatch replacement goods, or provide a full refund.
  • Please ensure that you have photographic evidence of the damaged goods and contact us at rum@weareundaunted.com so that we can agree an appropriate resolution.
