The front label is individually handwritten and carries the unique bottle number, cask number and date of bottling.
Each bottle is then labelled by hand and displayed in a decorative Papa Bois presentation frame.

For our Highland Cask Rum, we wanted to showcase the sophistication that Highland single malt brings, marrying our complex, fruity and balanced rum with classic Highland single malt whisky aromas and flavours.
NOSE
We anticipate toffee, caramel and rich Christmas cake spices, with hints of leather and a wisp of cigar smoke.
PALETE
Candied orange peel, apricot, vanilla and coconut, with a delightful caramel sweetness.
FINISH
The finish should be sophisticated, yet bold and leave a lingering richness that can be savoured at any occasion.
